Pre-Week 1? Well I started yesterday and I want to recap the week on Fridays. But two days isn't really a week, hence pre-week. Walking in the morning so far. 1 mile each morning.
I appreciate all the kind words, but don't get too excited yet. The biggest step I have taken is to talk about this publicly, but I won't celebrate until I've been doing it consistently at least a month or two.
I think my body is fighting me. Can you be allergic to exercise? It seems that every time I would try to start a routine I would get sick after a few days which would then interrupt the routine. Then of course I would just get off track. Today? Sore throat and fatigue appeared.
Ha ha. I actually find this a little funny. Lazy bones.
