I find that the stress level at work is building slowly each day that goes by. I only have conference period every other day and it is really taking its toll. I have to be so organized and keep on top of things and I'm afraid that I'm going to burn out by January if not before.
Today I found myself near tears when I got home. That is the release mechanism most readily available. How nice it would be to come home to someone, to talk away my day or get a shoulder rub, or shall I say do other things that would relieve stress. :-) But for me, for now, writing it out on my blog, an occasional tear or two and a Little Debbie snack cake.
