So do you remember my grand walking scheme in January? Yeah, well that didn't last much past the first couple of weeks. A crazy rehearsal schedule pretty much killed it, although I still think it was a good idea.
So I'm trying this again with no monetary incentives (I have no money anyway.... I'm having college flash backs, checking account on fumes.... ugh). This week I am going to walk for 10 minutes each day. Then I hope to add on 5 minutes each week. My goal is to get up to 45 minutes and if I stay on schedule I should be there the first of August. I would like to reach a time goal and then I can start worrying about how far it is I am actually going and turn up the intensity. It would be really great if I could make it on schedule because it would give me two weeks or so at 45 minutes before school starts.
I started yesterday so Saturday is going to be my turn over day. If you don't hear from me next Saturday make sure to ask me for an update.
