Apple Pie Crust

Yeah, I'm late with this. Oh well.

Onesome: Apple-- turnovers? Bear claws? Do you have a favorite pastry? You know, the one you can't pass up no matter what!

Oooh.... apple turnovers are good. I get the ones from Pepperidge Farms. Apple though not cherry. I'm not a big fan of cherry filling.

But the one pastry I can NOT pass up (if it is good) are croissants. Pepperidge Farms (again) used to have the most amazing croissants that you baked at home but they don't make them anymore. I know that William Sonoma has some croissants that you can order and I may try those one day. I love, love, love a good croissant.

Twosome: Pie-- or cake? You're out to dinner and you get your choice: What do you go for? ...or do you simply have to have the creme brulee?

CAKE. I do like some pies, but cake rules. Yellow cake with chocolate frosting is at the top of the list.

Threesome: Crust-- makes the pie, ya' think? Which pie absolutely has to have the proper crust or it just doesn't work for you?

I'm not as much of a pie connaisseur so I'll just say that I don't like it when the crust is soggy.
