MP12: Fire Station

Photography is weird. I photographed two events this weekend and while the photos were in the camera I really felt that my better pictures were of the fire station. However, after looking at them for the first time tonight, I think the Japanese Festival photos came out better.

At the fire station I took several reflection shots, but there was one that I was 99% sure was going to be my Mirror Project photo. This isn't it. Once I started looking at them, I preferred the composition in this one. It just goes to show you never really know. I also think it helps that I wait a few days before I go through my photos. It gives me a little distance. I can't imagine coming home and processing my photos right away although I know that I'm in the minority in that aspect.
