Only four days into my vacation and I've totally blown a normal sleep schedule out of the water. I was up until about 3:30 am last night and woke up at 11:00 am. That's not a crazy amount of sleep, about 8 1/2 hours and I really think that it is my natural sleep cycle. But I really don't want to operate this summer on such skewed hours which is part of the reason I'm volunteering. I don't like waking up and most people are already on their second meal of the day. You miss so much that way.
