Look what I did! I *made* this. Chicken with Creamy Mushrooms and Snap Peas. And it was GOOD! If you don't know why this is a big deal then read this post.
Of course a dish that is listed as taking 25 minutes took me closer to 60 because it takes me forever to do things like chop vegetables and I'm never sure if it is time to go on to the next step. I know that I will speed up with more experience. No matter that I had to eat at 9 o'clock at night. I'm very happy with the results.
