Tomorrow work starts officially with the district, so instead of setting my own hours, I must adhere to the school schedule. That means no more staying up until midnight and no more dawdling in the morning.
One of the issues I am fighting is breakfast. I must eat breakfast and with my little bit longer drive, I really don’t have the time to stop and get breakfast. I love cereal but it doesn’t really give me the long term boost of energy that I’m looking for. I tend to feel better if I had something more substantial. I’ve been looking at the different make ahead breakfast options on Pinterest, but I’m really fussy about reheating frozen foods. I decided to go ahead and try it this week with my two most common take items when I get a drive thru breakfast, sausage biscuits and breakfast tacos.
